Bryan did exactly what I was looking for … a thorough review of the

systems in the house, performed the relevant diagnostics, and

executed both in a very professional manner. He also took the time to

help me understand what the various tests implied. I appreciate you

suggesting the FULL energy audit as opposed to just the blower door

test; I think that the IR scans highlighted a few important areas that the

blower door test would not have.

The EPA provided information that indicated that a blower door test

would be beneficial, but I found out about your company through a

couple of articles highlighting your owner Peter Ottowitz and his

services and your contact info in the Stow Independent. Your service
